Just 1 block from vibrant downtown Crystal Lake, you’ll have instant access to local boutiques, restaurants, and the Metra train station that connects you straight to the heart of Chicago. The space The home has a large living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bath. There is a porch in the back for outdoor dining or hanging out. There is room for 2 cars to park. Guest access You will stay on the first floor. Other things to note Crystal Lake, IL has a great mix of nature, recreation, and family fun. Here are some top spots to check out: Main Beach (Lake Park) is Crystal Lake's first park and definitely one of the recreation jewels of the Crystal Lake Park District. It is home to a number of amenities including: a bath house, fishing pier, boat launch, picnic areas and band stage, boat rental facility, three basketball courts, a ball diamond used by Crystal Lake Little League, concessions, parking lot and groomed ice skating area in the winter. A new playground made a debut in 2017. Rental boats are available for patrons to explore Crystal Lake. See the Crystal Lake Park District website for more info on this or any of the parks. Veteran Acres Park – Perfect for families, this park features a splash pad, large picnic areas, and scenic trails that wind through wooded landscapes. Only a few blocks from downtown Crystal Lake. Three Oaks Recreation Area – A local favorite offering everything from paddleboarding and fishing to beach lounging and walking trails—something for every age. Also, one of the midwests only wakeboarding cable parks: The Quarry Cable Park! Lippold Park – Known for its butterfly-themed mini golf course and beautiful natural surroundings, it’s a fun and relaxing spot for a sunny afternoon. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park – If you're looking for indoor excitement, this place is packed with attractions that keep kids (and adults) bouncing with joy. Spoerl Park – A clean and well-kept park with a playground, pickleball, and basketball courts—great for a casual outing or some friendly competition. Crystal Lake Park District Nature Center – A gem for nature lovers with interactive and educational exhibits that make learning about local wildlife a hands-on experience.
