Broadkill Beach - Linens included - Jacuzzi Tub

Just steps from Beautiful Broadkill Beach. The space This wonderful beach house is located the 4th house from the water and features water views from the main living space and decks. The house has an inverted floor plan. Enter onto a floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The master bathroom includes a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. The top floor is an open floor plan great room, combining the living, dining and kitchen! Kitchen area - The kitchen area provides plenty of counter space and a large 2 level island that seats 4. Fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware and glass ware. Dining area, right next to the kitchen area, includes a table and chairs that seat 8 - 10 comfortably. The living area provides a large wide open space to relax. Comfortable furniture and a great view of the bay. Walk out the back door and into a large screened in porch. One side of the porch has a Teak table and chairs that seats 6-8, and the other side is a sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. With a nice view of the bay, this area is one of our all time favorite places to relax. Attached to the screened in porch is an open deck area with a large grill. Under the house (the house is built on pylons): Roughly half of the area under the house is sand, our kids spent plenty of time here when they were little. There is a boardwalk running the length of the house and connecting the outdoor shower, the decked in seating area and a foot wash station made out of my brothers childhood surf board.
