Tucked away in an elevated second story, this unit provides sweeping views and fresh air high above the quaint streets of Fall City. Two large Bedrooms with Queen Beds, closets, a private office room with Desk. Chefs Kitchen with Bluestar Gas Range, Subzero Fridge. Large Walk in Shower and heated tile floor. Each room has separate heat/cooling with thermostat. Frame Smart TV. New LG washer/Dryer in separate laundry room. Large private outdoor second story Deck with Sweeping Views of Mt Si and the surrounding mountains. Guest access You can use the entire space. The unit is located over a large garage. The garage is used by owner but the garage doors have silent commercial lifters and they are not used outside reasonable hours. Other things to note There are 22 stairs leading up to the unit, so be prepared to carry luggage and goods upstairs. This results in sweeping views of Mt Si and the foothills. The unit sits above an owner garage that is used between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Garage lifters are nearly silent but please let us know if you have little ones napping and we will do our best to accommodate.
