The space This is an older home with quirks (creaky floors, older doors that you may need to open or close with some force, no dishwasher, neighbors nearby, upstairs, the ac may not keep up, there is a separate ac window unit that can be used. We provide 2 sound machines to help drown out the squeaky floors when sleeping. The entrance is at the side door. You have to climb stairs to get in to the home. The laundry is in the basement. The garage will not be available to guests. There is a grill and fire pit area for guests to use. There is FREE parking. There are exterior cameras onsite. There are no parties, no pets, no smoking. The 2 queen beds are on the main level, but you do have to go up a few steps to get inside. There are 3 single beds upstairs, a triple bunk bed. There is a separate desk/office space upstairs. This could also be used as a separate vanity/getting ready area. There is a cozy game area, reading nook once this is completely finished. Laundry is located in the basement. Guest access You will access the keypad at the side door entrance. The garage is not available for guests. There is a grill and fire pit area that guests can use.
