Charming Rorbu (Waterfront House) Stamsund Lofoten

Rorbua is located in Burekka in Stamsund, which is a well-known motif from Lofoten. It is right in the heart of Lofoten. It is a few meters down to the water where you can sit on the edge of the quay, dangle your legs and relax on the placed benches and look at the sea. You can fish and paddle. It is a short distance/walking distance to a grocery store, cafe, restaurant, local artists, gallery, Hurtigruten quay, mountains and sea. Stamsund is a charming fishing village. The space There is a short distance from the cabin down to the water where you can sit on the quay or on the benches, dangle your legs, relax and watch the sea. You can fish and paddle. Skjærbrygga Restaurant is located just below and has several offers such as a-la-carte menu based on local and traditional ingredients, pub, pub quiz, shuffleboard and billiards. Live Lofoten Stamsund organizes RIB tours, sea fishing, eagle safari, salmon safari, RIB crab safari, SUP paddle board, hiking and skiing & snowboarding. Boat can also be hired. Stamsund is a perfect starting point for fishing, winter sports and water sports, cycling and hiking in the mountains. You can go on top tours both winter and summer, visit galleries, fish or relax on beaches. Hauklandstranda, which was named Europe's finest beach by Lonely Planet in 2021, is about 30 minutes away. You can surf at the famous surf spot Unstad which is about 40 minutes away from the cabin. The famous Lofoten fishing takes place from January to April. You can experience the magical northern lights over Vestfjorden in late autumn and winter. Midnight sun is two months in the summer from about 05/28 to 07/17. Guest access You have access to the whole waterfront house. Other things to note To use two of the beds, you must be able to walk up a fixed ladder to the second floor.
