The Villa "Erase una vez" is located in an exceptional place called: 'La Solana' close to a natural site classified 'Natura 2000' by the EEC, Carefully designed to make you feel a little "at home", its private pool is a treat in summer! It is designed to accommodate everyone: family with children, couple of lovers, group of friends, athletes, nature lovers, naturists... Place without air pollution, bright and quiet Calm, rest and serenity guaranteed! The space The villa is designed for 8 people thanks to its 4 beautiful bedrooms. It is built on 25 acres of fenced land consisting of 4 plateaus and small, well-equipped outdoor relaxation areas. The first plateau is that of the villa, furnished with refinement and care, for 8 people. It contains: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a super-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a seating area with TV, DVD player and Xbox 360, a dining area and a small library. Board games, Xbox 360, DVD, books are provided for all ages and tastes. Childcare equipment is available upon request. In all the living rooms there are: parquet flooring, individual hot/cold air conditioning, fans, mosquito nets and shutters as well as WIFI. At the back of the villa, there is a petanque court and a small terrace with garden furniture. The second plateau is composed the chlorine-free pool, secure and of a good size (5 x 10 m), the solarium with the pergola and furniture as well as the pool house containing: the Andalusian summer kitchen equipped with a very large plancha and a dining area, the American pool table as well as a ping pong table. Right next door: the 4th bedroom with panoramic views and the 3rd bathroom. The third and fourth plateaus are wilder: different plantations: shrubs, fruit trees and vines (under development).
