The space Our home is a bright, white, newly renovated older home full of character and charm. It sits in a quiet Carrollton neighborhood and offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The garden-level guest suite is a bright and inviting space with creative and intentional touches to create a practical, cozy oasis for our guest to feel at ease. Inside you will find: - A comfortable queen bed with plush linens - A private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and other essentials - A kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, mini stove and other necessities - A seating area that can be used/ converted into a 2nd bed if needed for relaxing or working - Smart TV and Projector + Wi-Fi for work or entertainment - Overall... a peaceful, homey atmosphere perfect for recharging Guest access Guests have private access to the entire lower level of the home, which includes its own separate entrance for complete privacy and convenience. Parking is available on-site, and entry is simple and secure with a keyless code provided before arrival. Other things to note Things to note: - The private entrance includes some steps - The suite is private, but light household sounds may occasionally be heard - No pets or smoking inside the property - Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to respect our peaceful neighborhood - On-site parking is available directly in front of the home - The suite naturally stays cool; additional heating or cooling options are provided for comfort
