The living room has ample seating with an electric fireplace with rustic decor. Beautiful, brand new, modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, coffee bar (drip coffee maker for one cup up to 12 cup). Seating (and dishes) for up to 12 people for meals or meetings. (With approval). New bedding and mattresses. Outside there is a nice patio with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a gas fire table, and a picnic table. A nice place for a small event or meeting (just message me and we can work out details) NO UNAUTHORIZED EVENTS or PARTIES!! Guest access Whole house excluding locked rooms or closets. Other things to note Large concrete parking area for up to 6 vehicles, with covered parking for one vehicle right off main entrance. Also parking on street for larger trailers or vans. There is a large yard, basket ball hoop and a yard games. Property is walkable to hospital, groceries, restaurants, liquor store and churches.
