Our space is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Located on the second floor, the property features an open-concept living area with a comfortable couch, coffee table, flat screen TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings. The eat in kitchen seats 4 and is fully equipped with long granite countertops, open shelving, and plenty of room to cook or entertain. You'll find a modern refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, plus all the essentials for preparing meals. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use . Expect a clean, spacious environment with a welcoming feel--perfect for solo travelers, traveling nurses, couples, or small families. Whether you're here to relax, work, or explore, we hope you'll feel right at home. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including: Living room with TV and Fireplace Eat in kitchen with all cooking essentials Laundry room off of kitchen All bedrooms and bathrooms Refrigerator with freezer and ice maker It is located on second floor by the stairs. You'll enter the space using a secure key that will be provided to you at your arrival. Other things to note No smoking in the unit (there is a designated area provided for that.) Any pets will have to be pre-approved. But we love our furry friends they are like family. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. The unit has free parking and 2 spaces for your convenience. Boat, RV, or trailer parking can be done on the street in front of the building. Please note there is nearby construction during the day, which may cause some noise. Work is limited to weekday daytime hours. We do have security cameras on the outside parking areas for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the homes or in private guest areas.
