You get to use all the complex amenities which includes a dog park, fitness room. clubhouse, and basketball court. Pool is open during the summer. 🛏️ Layout & Sleeping Arrangements: This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is thoughtfully laid out to accommodate both relaxation and convenience. Primary Bedroom: Located upstairs, this spacious suite features a king-size bed, blackout curtains, an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: A cozy space with a queen bed, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 3: Perfect for families or groups, this room has a queen as well and plenty of natural light. All bedrooms are upstairs and share access to a full hallway bathroom, while the primary has its own private ensuite. 🛋️ Main Living Area: The open-concept main floor offers a bright and inviting living room with a large sectional sofa and smart TV – perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen. 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, and all the essentials needed for cooking during your stay – from coffee in the morning to dinner with the family. Guest access access to the entire towhome PETS ARE ALLOWED! Parties are not allowed, and only guests included in your reservation are permitted on the property. Other things to note PET RULES AND FEES: MY pet fees are different than the standard Airbnb platform pet fees. Airbnb does not allow me to do a nightly rate for the pet fee, they only for the entire stay. The PET fee is not included in the booking. As a pet owner myself, I don't like getting charged high pet fees for short stays, that is why I created my own separate per-night pet fee to be added after booking. I am also willing to be reasonable on the pet fee for longer stays. Ultimately I am not trying to be sneaky about the pet fees but I want to try to make the fees fair for all guests with pets who come for short stays or for long! We allow (3) pets! You must agree to $25/night per pet fee, added to the booking total after booking (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets on furniture). You accept full liability for your pets. Utah has a high desert climate. As such, house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the property's cleanliness.
