Close to the Historic Square (you may have seen it in the movie Groundhog Day) you can easily walk to unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. The space We are Woodstock’s very first Airbnb. This cozy loft apartment with a private entrance is ideal for working from home, or a getaway from a big city; for month-long or longer stays, or for business travelers wanting a home base. It's also perfect for those who enjoy having their own private apartment while visiting friends or family in the area. The apartment has a large open concept kitchen and living area, a desk, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a spacious bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a reading and relaxing nook. The kitchen door goes directly out to the private sunny upper deck. An upper deck is a great place for looking up at the stars at night or sipping tea or coffee in the morning while watching birds and wildlife in the cottage gardens. There is garage or patio parking for one vehicle on the premises. Wonderful Retreat is a great place to work, experience nature, and is a serene private getaway for anyone. Curl up in a leather chair and put your feet up, browse through the many interesting books; chill out and enjoy your visit when you aren't out visiting family and friends and the great Woodstock community around you. You'll want to come to visit us again and explore Woodstock from our unique and wonderful home base. Guest access We are conveniently located close to the Historic Woodstock Square. Our guests have their own private entrance and garage space for a single car. Our neighborhood is beautiful with victorian homes, trees, and perfectly located for a quick walk to beautiful Emrickson Park with ponds and walking paths. The library is a half-block away and everything you need is close by to help create a relaxing and amazing experience right from our house nestled in beautiful gardens. We even have a bonus lot behind our property. Other things to note We provide many opportunities for guests to recycle, conserve and compost or snip some herbs for cooking from our seasonal garden. We appreciate mindful living to help reduce the consumption of resources, which is a major benefit of home-sharing. Thank you very much!
