See Pikes Peak and the Wet Mountains. Just a great rustic getaway Organic (no chemicals) 2 night minimum. The space This is 160 acres with half of the barn ready for your visit. Please do not go into the back part of the barn. Sometimes there will be cows on the property and sometimes they are not here at all. Dogs and horses are welcome WITH PERMISSION ONLY. There is a living compound here. A vintage trailer, a garden guest room (Which can be rented for an additional price and an RV in addition to the barn. There is cactus and tall grass and weeds. We NEVER spray pesticides or herbicides. The property faces the Wet Mountains and to the North Pikes peak. There is wild life here. Antelope and Deer. Coyotes, hawks and rabbits. Snakes too. It is the American West! Guest access Your space is the barn and around the barn and in the center where the picnic table is and the corrals and the fire pit area. Parking area of course and out on the 160 acres. Please let us know if you wish to be around the small shed garden area or our RV. Other things to note Max 2 dogs WITH PERMISSION and 2 horses with permission Sorry No Cats as we are allergic. Dogs must NOT be left longer than 4 hours without the guests with them. ANIMALS must be controlled and NOT ON OUR FURNITURE unless covered with your linens. Cooling system is a swamp cooler and a fan. No AC. Heating system is an electric fireplace and a heating blanket. and a baseboard heater. No perfumes, cologne or bug spray . No smoking, vaping. Please read everything before booking. No refunds if you missed the details. We cannot control high desert weather (No matter how much we would love to do that for you) You have the barn. Our Rv is close to the barn (about 30 feet) We give all guests much privacy but we do live here some of the time
