The space Guests have access to the entire unit. Please note that this home is one side of a duplex. The neighboring unit is occupied separately, and there are no shared indoor spaces. The neighboring unit is occupied by a quiet and friendly long-term resident who values privacy and helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere. While the homes are attached, each has its own separate entrance and private outdoor space, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy a private outdoor retreat featuring a charming rock garden patio, fully enclosed with a secure, dog-proof fence. The space is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring. Pets are welcome, and a convenient doggy door provides easy access for your furry companions to come and go safely. The enclosed yard offers peace of mind while giving both guests and their pets a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors. Little guests will love their own special space! The children’s room features a top bunk bed designed to look like a cozy little house, creating a fun and imaginative retreat for kids. Whether they’re reading, playing, or settling in for the night, this whimsical space adds a touch of adventure and makes bedtime something to look forward to. It’s the perfect spot for siblings, cousins, or young travelers to create lasting memories. The kiddie oasis provides for separate sleeping arrangements for up to four littles with bunk beds, a trundle, and a fold out puffy chair. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and the fully enclosed rock garden patio with a doggy door. The outdoor space is securely fenced and pet friendly. A few storage cabinets are locked for host supplies, but everything else is available for guests to enjoy. Other things to note Service animals are welcome. Handlers are responsible for supervising their animals and cleaning up all pet waste from the yard and outdoor areas. Additional cleaning charges may apply if waste is left behind.
