The Kalama River is known for its clear, spring-fed waters and seasonal Salmon and Steelhead runs, and this property sits right on the river! 🛏️ Sleeping arrangements (Sleeps up to 11): -King suite with ensuite bathroom (downstairs) -Queen bedroom (upstairs) -Twin-over-full bunk room (upstairs) -Twin-over-twin bunk room (upstairs) -Queen sleeper sofa in the living room 🍳 Kitchen & dining: -Open-concept kitchen with gas stove, 2 sinks, and large refrigerator -Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and small appliances -Dining table seats 6 + 3 counter-height bar stools -Heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom 🎮 Living & lounge spaces: -Dedicated game room on left side of garage for movies, games, or rainy-day fun -Upstairs bonus lounge — great for teens or quiet reading -Cozy main living room with river views and natural light -Smart TV, board games, and comfortable seating throughout 🌲 Outdoor space + hot tub: -Private hot tub — perfect after a day of fishing or hiking -Riverfront access -Wood fire pit, gas fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating -Large yard with space to play and unwind -Ample parking for vehicles, trailers, and outdoor gear -Space for kayaks, paddleboards, and float tubes 🐾 Pet-friendly: -One well-behaved dog welcome with prior approval and an additional fee. Must be added to your reservation. Please keep off furniture and bedding to avoid additional cleaning charges. Guests also enjoy: -Walkable access to a fishing hole just below the well-known “Beginners Hole” -Access to the privately owned island directly out front with fishing hole. -Easy river access for fishing, floating, or relaxing by the water Bring your rod: • Jigs work well for Steelhead • Plugs are great for Salmon Guest access Entire house and game room. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note This is a rustic property in a rural setting — while the home is well-maintained and professionally cleaned, you may still encounter bugs, spiders, bats, pigeons, or even mice, especially during seasonal shifts. We have a pest control program in place to prevent critters, but being in the woods means they’re part of the environment. No refunds will be issued for these types of encounters, as they are outside of our control. Please close doors promptly to help prevent critters from finding their way inside. River Safety Reminder: Our property has direct access to the river. While it’s a beautiful feature, please note that all river activities are 100% at your own risk. The river’s current, depth, and conditions can change very quickly. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times while on the property. Please use life jackets or appropriate safety gear. There are a few life jackets located in front of the house hanging on the hose bib if you forgot yours at home.
