Foosball, pinball, playground! Ideal for families. Comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, living room with 7 large windows, Wifi... The 2nd cottage is simpler but adds 3 extra bedrooms. Ideal with family or friends. The space Sleeps 33 (sleeps 25 in the large cottage + small cottage sleeps 8) Just renovated, the cottage offers a quality service and a refined decoration. The beautiful pool (4.5m x 10m) is covered under glass roof and heated all year round (pool at 28° and glass roof heated to 25°), and a very beautiful outdoor space: the cottage overlooks an orchard of 1ha. The cottage is fully covered by Wifi. Possibility of late checkout (Sunday 4 p.m.) when you come on a week (excluding school holidays). Children are welcome, a toy box is available, cots can be installed, and on request: high chairs, changing table... You will have at your disposal 5 bedrooms and a large play area and dormitory upstairs: - 1 triple room with 1 double bed in 160 and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - 2 double bedrooms with 160 bed + shower room. - 2 triple bedrooms with a choice: 3 single beds or 1 bed 180cm and 1 single bed + shower room with toilet - large additional room of 60 m2 with a dormitory mezzanine (4 beds), a small bedroom under the roof (2 beds) and a games area (baby football, pinball, video area, ...) with 4 beds. + 2 shower rooms. On the ground floor: - A large living room of 70m² with a very well equipped kitchen area: 2 ovens, 1 large fridge, 1 freezer, 1 microwave, 1 large glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, food processor, Nexpresso coffee maker… and a very large worktop with bar area. A dining area with an oak table extendable from 2m to 5m for the largest tables. And a lounge area equipped with comfortable sofas! - a TV lounge with a sofa bed. - an adjacent bathroom: PMR with shower and WC. - a small laundry room offers a washing machine. It is rented in addition to the large cottage to allow the reception of larger groups. It does not have WiFi (but WiFi throughout the large cottage). The swimming pool: 10x4,5m, with a depth of 1,5m. Open all year round. Heated to 28° and canopy heated to 25°. A shower room allows you to shower and get dressed after swimming. Interior terrace of 40m² and exterior terrace of 70m². 6m of bay windows open onto the terrace, other bay windows open onto the other sides. Pool shared with the owner and accessible during the day (interviews done in the evening, possibility on request and with the agreement of the extension owner on the evening) Latest information: Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Cleaning is charged 300€ (not optional) for the large cottage. On-site parking in the courtyard, right in front of your accommodation, several spaces available. Deposit cheque of 1500€ to give upon your arrival. Pool access from 9am to 8pm (pool maintenance in the evening) No party!! Gite limited to 25 people! Possibility to go up to 33 people with the addition of the small cottage. A deposit of 1500€ is requested on arrival. Without this check, the tenant will not be able to enter the premises. This check is cashed and destroyed no later than 14 days after the end of the stay except in case of dispute.
