Foosball, pinball, playground! Ideal for families. Comfortable with en-suite bathrooms, bright living room with 7 large bay windows, Wi-Fi... The 2nd gîte is simpler but adds 3 extra bedrooms. Great for families or groups of friends. The space Sleeps 33 (sleeps 25 in the large gîte + small gîte sleeps 8) Just renovated, the gîte offers quality service and refined decoration. The beautiful swimming pool (4.5 m x 10 m) is covered under a canopy and heated all year round (swimming pool at 28° and canopy heated to 25°), and a very nice outdoor space: the gîte overlooks an orchard of 1 ha. The gîte is fully covered by Wi-Fi. Possibility of late check-out (Sunday 4 p.m.) when you come on a weekend (excluding school holidays). Children are welcome, a toy chest is available, baby cots can be installed, and on request: high chairs, changing table... You will have 5 bedrooms and a large play area and dormitory upstairs: - 1 triple bedroom with 1 double bed of 160 cm and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - 2 double bedrooms with 160 cm bed + shower room. - 2 triple bedrooms with a choice of: 3 single beds or 1 bed 180 cm and 1 single bed + shower room with toilet - large additional room of 60 m2 with a mezzanine dormitory (sleeps 4), a small bedroom under the roofs (sleeps 2) and a games area (foosball, pinball, video space, etc.) with 4 beds. + 2 shower rooms. On the ground floor: - A large 70 m² living room with a very well-equipped kitchen area: 2 ovens, 1 large fridge, 1 freezer, 1 microwave, 1 large glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, food processor, Nexpresso coffee machine... and a very large countertop with bar area. A dining area with an extendable oak table from 2 m to 5 m for the largest tables. It is rented in addition to the large gîte to allow the reception of larger groups. It does not have WIFI (but there is Wifi throughout the large gîte). The pool: 10 x 4.5 m, with a depth of 1.5 m. Open year-round. Heated to 28° and glass roof heated to 25°. A shower room allows you to shower and get dressed after swimming. Indoor terrace of 40 m² and outdoor terrace of 70 m². 6 m of bay windows open onto the terrace, other bay windows open onto the other sides. Swimming pool shared with the owner and accessible during the day (maintenance done in the evening, possibility on request and with agreement of the owner to extend into the evening) Latest information: Linens and towels are included in the rate. Cleaning is charged €300 (not optional) for the large gîte. On-site parking in the courtyard, right in front of your accommodation, several spaces available. Security deposit check of €1500 to be given upon arrival. A deposit check of €1500 is requested upon arrival. Without this check, the tenant will not be able to check in. This check is cashed and destroyed no later than 14 days after the end of the stay except in the event of a dispute.
