Guests are responsible for their safety. --No pets, parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition. --Children must be supervised at all times --We have a monthly pest control service, but due to the home’s age/location, the occasional spider or bug may appear — this is normal in historic homes --Guests should check for ticks after outdoor activities ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out --Check-In: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM --Check-Out: 10:00 AM --Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.)
