Description
Adorable rustic cabin, built in early 1900s, in the small country town of Dayville. Close to gas, groceries, and great food. The national fossil beds are are just 10 minutes away. John Day river is just a short walk away. Hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, or just relaxing are to be found here. But if you are afraid of bugs and spiders, just be aware that, despite spraying with Home Defense regularly, there are still those pests. It's a 100 year old, plus cabin. The space It's very small and cozy, less than 400 square feet. The bed is a queen size. Its is designed so you can heat up food you've brought already cooked but not designed to cook a full meal. There is a small coffee pot attached to a toaster oven with a grill on top. Its charm is its simplicity and a step back into the past. The RV places on the property are unavailable for use at this time. Guest access Plenty of parking on site for vehicles. Other things to note The neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. You will know the locals as everybody waves.
