Sunset Hideout

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place with easy access to downtown. Quiet, cozy, private bedroom with a full size bed and access to a full bath. Guests may use outdoor patio and fridge space. We do have cats, they are elusive but live here, too. Owner works within the home. Minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, breweries, and BGSU. Check in 4pm, check out 11am. The space You will have access to parts of the first floor of the home, mainly the bedroom with full sized bed and full bath. There is kitchen and dining space along with patio outside. We do have cats (Oliver and Onyx) that roam freely, but stay out of the room. There are also two turtles and a gecko that will be in an enclosed space out of the way. There will be a key to get into the house and you will enter through the kitchen. Guest access You can use the full bath on the first floor. It is adjacent to the bedroom. You can use the home dining table and kitchen for food prep. Expect our family to be around as we live in the home. Expect general talking on weekdays as homeowner works from home. During your stay If you need us during your stay, please find us in the house or message within Airbnb. We will talk to you and enjoy socializing. We also may be out of the house for the day, we have lots of outside interests and enjoy our weekends. Other things to note We live in the home. We have two cats, Oliver and Onyx. There are many businesses, restaurants, breweries, and shops within walking distance (1 mile or less one way). To get to your room, you will walk through the mudroom, through the kitchen, take a right at the small hallway. Your room is on the right. Feel free to pull the curtain in the hallway for some extra privacy. There is NO LOCK on the bedroom door. We approve every guest, no instant book.
