The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedrooms: Upper Level Bedroom 1: King with full ensuite Main Level: Bedroom 2: Full Bedroom 3: Full Lower Level: Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 sets of triple dorm sized bunks ( 6 beds total ) BATHROOMS Upper Level: Bathroom 1: Full ensuite with soaker tub and walk-in shower Main Level: Bathroom 2: Hallway bathroom with walk-in shower Lower Level: Bathroom 3: Hallway bathroom with walk-in shower KITCHEN Main Level: Full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher) In the drawer with the grill utensils (to the left of the sink), there is a round, white magnet. This is a child safety lock to be able to lock and unlock the cabinets in the kitchen. Please do not lose this! Lower Level: Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave SMALL APPLIANCES: Main Level: Drip coffee maker, 7 qt slow cooker (Crockpot), blender, hand mixer, 4- slice toaster Primary bedroom: Keurig coffee maker Lower Level: kettle, air fryer, blender, hand mixer, Keurig INDOOR SEATING: Main Level: There is seating for 4 at the bar and seating for 2 at the island. Lower Level: There is a top for the pool table to cover it and turn it into a table and there are benches that pull out from underneath the table to provide seating for 4-6. TVs Upper Level: Primary bedroom: 60” Main Level: Living room: 60” Lower Level: Living Room: 65” STREAMING SERVICES: We have smart TVs throughout the house so please feel free to login to your own streaming platforms; just don’t forget to log out before you leave! GAMES: We have lots of games that are kept in the living room on the lower level. LAUNDRY: There is a full washer and dryer located next to the kitchen on the lower level. FIREPLACES: There are gas fireplaces in the house but these are not available for guest use currently. GRILL UTENSILS: Grill utensils are kept in the kitchen in the drawer to the left of the sink. GRILL: We have a grill and a smoker that are both available for guest use. The grill is located on the lower level patio and the smoker is located in the front of the house. OUTDOOR SEATING: There is seating for 7 on the balcony and seating for 6 on the lower level patio. POOL TABLE: Balls, pool sticks, triangle, etc. are all kept in the benches under the pool table. The cushions lift up to provide storage. PATHWAY TO THE DOCK: The pathway to the dock is a smooth walk of around 130ft DOCK: We have a single story boat dock. LAKE TOYS: We have 2x double kayaks and these are located on the dock. LIFE JACKETS: We do not currently have any life jackets available for guest use so please come prepared and bring your own. WATER LEVELS: As of March 15, 2026 we have 4.5 feet of water off the end of our dock. There is low bridge access around June so please be aware of this- no fixed top boats. Guest access Guests will have access to the home, carport, and dock. Other things to note CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in. LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am. WE SUPPLY: All Linens and towels Starter-hand soap, dish soap, scrub pads, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, foil, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent.
