Entire upstairs is yours. Choice of 2 rooms! One with Queen bed or one with 2 beds. You have your own AC/heat you control. Accommodate up to 4 comfortably. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Minutes to Highway 98/Hardy St. Convenience store a few blocks walk. The space Upstairs including bathroom will be yours entirely. The rest is shared space. Guest access Let us know if you need the kitchen or BBQ grill. Upstairs middle room usable as workspace just let me know and I can setup what you need. Laundry room washer/dryer free to use. We have free tea and coffee in the kitchen. Free purified cool and hot water dispenser in the kitchen. Outside we have a charcoal grill, propane wood chip smoker, and propane burner with big pot for seafood boils. String lights on the front porch and back BBQ area with chairs to lounge in. Two bicycles are available. During your stay Use the app to call us or just holler at us when at the house.
