Gardeners Cottage has 2 double bedrooms, both en suite. The cottage boasts a cosy lounge leading to a lovely kitchen with a dining area and french windows. These lead onto a small patio area, ideal for enjoying early morning coffee or pre dinner drinks! The space Gardeners Cottage has undergone a full refurbishment in 2022 and is now under new ownership. No expense has been spared throughout to make this an immaculate sanctuary for your time away. The refurbishment also includes the addition of a new boiler to provide plenty of heating and hot water for the chillier times of year. The cottage itself has a lovely sitting area with a great flat screen TV for those cosy nights in. Leading off the lounge there is a great kitchen which is well equipped for your stay. It has a lovely dining table by the french windows, which lead out to a small patio where you can enjoy early morning coffee or pre dinner drinks, or just to sit and enjoy the peace! There is also a downstairs cloakroom next to the stairs which lead to the first floor. Here there are two lovely double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath and shower over the bath. Both are lovely rooms with comfortable double beds, great for a comfortable nights sleep. Set within the stunning grounds of the Saltmoore Estate with some fantastic walks within the grounds and Sandsend beach is just a 15 minute walk away this is a great base to enjoy the lovely East Coast. **Please note that although the cottages are within the grounds of Saltmoore, they are completely separate from the hotel**
