Amenities include a fireplace, firepit, and access to the best hiking and dining in the region. The lively town of Callicoon is 5 minutes away. Great for accommodations near Seminary Hill - just 3 minutes away! The space The Space Midnight Meadow is a tranquil escape amongst the rolling meadows of Callicoon. Perched atop 6 bucolic acres, enjoy the charming views from the private backyard and deck. Inside, the house is equal parts cozy, with a number of nooks to hang, and expansive with four sizeable bedrooms. The minimalist, Scandi-Esque decor gives the comfort and peacefulness you would anticipate in an Upstate home. All of these comforts are set just minutes from Main St. in Callicoon and all the marvelous local businesses in the area. The foyer opens up to the large living and dining rooms. Cozy around the stone fireplace set beside a large picture window, the perfect spot for a nightcap around the fire. An additional, much larger living room is set down a few steps, with an expansive cozy sectional and a massive TV (perfect for movie night or that can't miss sporting event). The room has a large class door, flooding the room with natural light and warmth. The kitchen is fully updated with modern appliances and ready for your meal-preparing needs. The open and airy dining room flows out from the kitchen and is set beside a pair of French doors that lead out to the deck. Three of the four bedrooms are set down a hallway from the dining room. The primary bedroom is expansive and boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Another pair of French doors allow private access out to the deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view. The guest bedrooms at the end of the hall are also spacious and well-designed, one being queen-sized and the other full sized. These beds share a spacious full bath in the hall with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. On the other wing of the house is the fourth bedroom, a queen sized bed with views to the private backyard.
