With large windows, and an open concept floor plan, natural light pours throughout the entire property creating a bright and airy atmosphere. With top of the line stainless steel appliances, sleek granite counter tops, and all the major appliances and cooking supplies, this kitchen is perfect for any aspiring chef! A round glass table comfortably seats three. The living room features a large plush couch, wooden coffee table, flat screen TV and fireplace to cozy up with. In the bedroom, you can find a spacious bed covered with soft linens, two bedside tables, and a large closet providing you with space for all your essentials. The three-piece bathroom is nearby for your convenience. Your stay includes access to the 3100 sqft communal rooftop patio with BBQ and fire table, communal bicycle storage room, high-speed wireless internet, in-suite washer and dryer, and secure underground parking for 1 vehicle down the street (max. clearance 6'8"). All linens & towels are included. For long-term / 90+ day stays, we provide a starter package with the following amenities: paper products (paper towels, facial tissues and toilet paper), bags for waste, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish and laundry soap, salt and pepper. Guests will be responsible to restock supplies they need throughout their stay. Guest access Guests have complete and exclusive use of the entire condo during their stay. Other things to note NEIGHBOURHOOD: While being within walking distance to every wonderful restaurant, downtown & Inner Harbour, as in most major cities, some challenges with homelessness are present on nearby streets. A heads-up that you may see some unhoused or less fortunate people in our neighbourhood which, although friendly and courteous, can be a surprise to some. The area and the city in general are very safe. —— CLEANING PRACTICES: All areas of the home are sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay. ✔ All towels and bedding washed in hot water that's 60ºC/140ºF. ✔ High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles and faucets). ✔ We exclusively use unscented all natural products for all surfaces, towels and beddings. —— HOUSE RULES: Please be respectful of neighboring units. No smoking in the unit, patio or common areas. Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am. All bookings must be made by someone 25 years or older.
