The living room located on the main level, features beautiful bookcases and Smart TV. The dining room is spacious featuring a bay window with plenty of seating for 6. The dining and living room access a spacious kitchen equipped with everything a chef's heart desires. Commercial refrigerator with an abundance of storage for your meal prepping items. Commercial gas stove and oven with high-powered burners, spacious oven capacity, and professional-level performance, you'll have everything you need to cook like a chef. Plus, ample counter space, cooking essentials, and cookware to make meal prep convenient and efficient. A dishwasher is available to make clean up a breeze. A microwave for heating up those leftovers. A dinette overlooking the peaceful backyard for those early morning much needed coffees. The coffee bar is well stocked with a French press, fresh coffee beans, a grinder, a Keurig and plenty of coffee pods. Also, plenty of snacks for you to enjoy. The first floor also has a powder room. Please take note that all bedrooms are up one flight of stairs. Upstairs you will find a landing leading to two bedrooms each with their own bath with one bathroom access to the landing. Each bedroom has an antique double door leading to the furnished 2nd floor porches overlooking the quiet oak canopied street. Each bedroom contains a closet and access to full baths. Each bathroom contains ample counter space, vanity storage, tub/showers and equipped with essentials to make your stay convenient. One bathroom contains a stackable washer and dryer. Guest access Each guest will have full access to entire property including the hot tub accessible in the private back yard. Other things to note This home is not handicap accessible. Guests must be able to climb 5 steps to access the home and bedrooms are located on the second floor and accessed only by staircase. Please note that this is a 2 bedroom home with a trundle bed (2 single beds) located at the top of the stairway on the landing. There is a bathroom adjacent to the landing and this bathroom would be shared with the King sized bedroom.
