The outdoor WiFi/Bluetooth speakers offer the flexibility to play music for outdoor enjoyment separately or concurrently with the indoor music selections (just be mindful of the quiet neighborhood and respectful of neighbors). Inside, relax in the family room and enjoy movie nights on the large 85' TV with an indoor surround sound system. Unwind in style with comfortable sleeping arrangements including 2 King and 3 Queen beds plus rollaway Twin beds and a Queen sleeper sofa, if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, with modern appliances and a large bar-style counter. For larger or more formal dining and entertaining, there is seating for up to 12 at the two extendable dining tables. This home is equipped with central AC and ceiling fans in each bedroom, surveillance cameras facing towards the front door and back door of the home along with conveniences like filtered drinking water/ice, a washer/dryer, hair dryers, and an iron to make your stay seamless. For those working remotely, a WiFi-connected printer is available upon request, and the garage can be made accessible for up to two cars if needed.
