18 minutes from XTREME OFF ROAD PARK. It is rugged terrain to get to the home, but promise it’s worth it! Located in a natural, rustic setting. You may encounter mud, insects, animal sounds (such as birds at night), & other elements of the outdoors. The home is near a local shooting range; at times, you may hear gunfire from the range. Please be assured this is a secure & controlled facility, there has never been a safety concern related to its operation. Groundskeeper on site 24-hours a day. The space Charming fenced TINY HOME situated behind the primary home but be rest assured you’ll still have privacy. You will share a driveway with primary rental home. It has 2 bedrooms with FULL size beds in each room. The 2 lofts have twin beds. There is only one full bathroom inside the home. There are 2 restrooms outside the home that are mainly used if you’re hanging out in the hot tub. Groundskeeper available on site 24-hours a day. Guest access We will share our code prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are located in a remote/rural area. The road to get to the home is a private/gravel road. It can get muddy during rainy season. Be prepared for a bumpy ride! There is plenty of room to park your ATV and trailers if needed. There are 2 lofts in the living room where the twin (single) beds are located. Stairs can feel steep to get up there. Note: the home does not have an oven. It does have a stove top and an air fryer. Dogs allowed on a case by case basis.
