We have plenty of room for groups, machines, trucks and trailers, including space for guests bringing a trailer or two. Spend the day exploring the mountains and trails, then come back to your own peaceful place to relax, eat, laugh and recharge for tomorrow's adventure. This historic Gold Country town is known for its fascinating gold-mining past, including the famous Sumpter Valley Dredge and the Sumpter Valley Railway, where you can experience a scenic train ride through the area. Can-Am tours are also available locally, offering another fun way to explore the beautiful Gold Country surroundings. Guest access Guests will have private access to the RV and approximately 2 acres of open space surrounding it on our old Gold Country mining property. The RV is located below the main cabin in its own separate area, giving you plenty of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors, sit around the campfire, stargaze, and make yourself at home. There is plenty of parking and room to spread out, including space for larger vehicles, trucks, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and a trailer or two. Your RV and outdoor area are located below the cabin, giving you your own private space to enjoy during your stay. *Campfires are welcome when local conditions and fire restrictions allow.* Other things to note The RV has full hookups, making your glamping experience comfortable and convenient while still giving you the feeling of being out in nature. Inside, you'll find one comfortable queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. The bunks and couch provide plenty of cozy sleeping space for several children, making this a great option for families. Your glamping retreat is located just below our home on the property, but we’ve thoughtfully arranged the space to give you privacy and a peaceful experience during your stay. The RV and surrounding outdoor area are set up so you can enjoy your own private space without seeing into our living area. You’ll have the feeling of having your own little getaway tucked away in the quiet of Gold Country — while knowing we’re nearby if you need anything.
