BIG BEAR lake CABIN An Oasis nestled in the pines of Flint Ridge Resort on private Bear Lake! Our fully loaded Custom 2600 sf Log Home is in the gated community of Flint Ridge Resort. With 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a loft. Lake Views from everywhere on the 1150sf of wrap-around decks&porches. When you stay at BIG 🐻 you will have access to: Private lake Golf Course 2 Swimming Pools Hiking Trails Illinois River Access Floating Trips Playground Basketball Courts Tennis Courts Plenty of Wildlife The space The Cabin has a Master with a queen bed, Loft has a couch and twin to sleep 2, downstairs there are 3 rooms: Room 1: Queen bed Room 2: Queen bed with a full trundle bed Room 3: 2 Queen beds, 1 full bed and 3 twin beds. There is a fire pit on the side of the house. The property sits on 1.3 acres and is UNFENCED! Fully stocked with everything you need. Guest access Flint Ridge security requires us to submit the names of all guests and vehicles that will be entering. Flint Ridge has 3 entrances into Flint Ridge. Your GPS may take you to the gate off of Highway 412....YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER THE GATE ON HIGHWAY 10, 2.1 MILES SOUTH OF KANSAS OKLAHOMA. This is very important as this is the only place to get your guest pass. You will need the guest pass to get in and out of the resort and to take advantages of resort amenities. ABSOLUTLY NO TAILGATING. You must show guest pass at the security entrance each time you enter the Resort. There is a $200 fine for tailgating. If you are issued a citation for tailgating YOU will be responsible for paying the fine. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a slope Hill and the Cabin sits at the bottom. If vehicle is not 4 x 4, there is parking next to the mailbox on top of the hill. In case weather is bad. Other things to note WE ARE PET FRIENDLY- Pet fee $50 The cabin is on a septic system. We do ask no paper or any personal products be flushed. We have 2 smart TVs and We DO offer WiFi, but not cable. We have 2 cameras inside which can be off during your stay and 2 ring door bells which will be off during stay. They are for us to monitor the property when not in use. Join us at the exclusive Flint Ridge Resort. Gated community, gorgeous and quiet. You will most likely see PLENTY of deer, raccoons, beavers, groundhogs. Squirrels, Snakes ,birds, Bobcats, foxes and even a bear and mountain lion have been spotted. Bear Lake has lots of great fish waiting to be caught. The grill it is a propane grill. There is no dock and swimming is not allowed. Hiking- They are rebuilding and marking the hiking trails this spring. Security roams the property so you will feel safe knowing random people do not have access.
