Allergies: Prior to this listing there was a cat living here and there is occasionally a dog living here. The house has been professionally carpet/furniture cleaned and deep cleaned. In between guests, the house is sanitized and deep cleaned. There is an air purifier built within the HVAC system and daily filter cleanings (as the owner is allergic to dust, dogs, and cats). No pets, except service animals are allowed in this airbnb. Residual Pet allergies may still exist and affect folks if sensitive. For one night stays, owners will stay on the property in the gravel lot across from the house in their personal camper and there will be no crossover with the house being entirely yours. This is a seasonal Airbnb, running from March-October. Guest access There are three bedrooms upstairs, 2.5 bathrooms, large back and front yard, and gravel lot available for guests to access. There is one small office, garage, pantry, under stair storage and primary closet that are not accessible for guests and used as owner storage. Other things to note For one night stays, we absolutely will host with the exception that the owners can stay on property in their camper on the gravel lot to the side of the house. The gravel spot is private from the rest of the house and the owners will have zero access to the home during your stay and can remain no contact if you wish.
