Other things to note House Rules: Strictly No Parties or Events To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests and to be respectful of our quiet neighbors, we maintain a Zero Tolerance policy for parties, events, or large gatherings. Please note: No parties, events, or loud disturbances are allowed on the premises at any time. This includes both the interior and exterior of the property. Occupancy Limits: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Noise Monitoring: For neighborhood peace and guest safety, we use discreet, privacy-compliant noise decibel monitors inside and outside the house. These do not record conversations but alert us to excessive noise levels. Consequences: A breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund, and an additional fine of $1500 may be charged to cover security and administrative costs. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be crated when left alone in the house, and guests are responsible for immediately cleaning up all pet waste in the yard. Damages: Guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damage caused by their pets. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. Painting the house to kill the smell might cost you up to $20,000. Open fire is strictly prohibited. Minimal age to book our place is 21 years old. Garage is not part of the rental. For security purposes, ID verification may be required for each guest before check-in, similar to standard procedures used by hotels and car rental companies. Regular maintenance services, such as pest control, gardening, snow removal, and garbage collection, may take place during your stay.
