Off The Mark

Located in the scenic countryside of central KY—In the middle of nowhere, minutes from everywhere. Close to historical sites, Lincoln’s country, distilleries, oldest Catholic parish this side of the Allegheny Mtns & the Abbey of Gethsemani-Trappist/Cistercian monastery famous for fruitcake, fudge & Thomas Merton We can also host wedding guests for the many local venues. Outdoor adventures & hiking are never far away. Beautiful views and comfy beds await after long days exploring. The space Entire home, 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living and dining room, outdoor areas. Covered front and back porches. Gas grill on back porch with seating for 6. Fire pit in backyard. Beds for 6 with 2 cots & an air mattress. This is an entire home but part of a duplex with an occupied studio apartment. Please note 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Both baths are on the first floor. Reverse osmosis filtered water in the home. There is an outdoor camera with floodlights for the front of the house and a doorbell camera on the studio. The property is private and rural but has easy access to grocery stores, large chain stores, golf courses and many tourist attractions within 35 miles. Also, 2 horse racing tracks (famous for The Kentucky Derby and historical sites), state parks and 2 airports are within about an hours drive, all listed below. Located just off US Bike Route 76. The local park, Hamilton Park, with playground, walking track, pavilions and restrooms is 2 miles away.
