The foyer is full of light and is mixed use - read, play cards or sip your morning tea. The living room is airy with a comfy couch for reading or watching television (streaming only). The all white, open kitchen/dining room has two seating areas, one at the peninsula and one at the round glass table. The bathroom with an oversized, easy access, dual-head shower is located just a step away from the guest's bedroom. Note: $10/day for a 2nd guest Henrico County Registration # STR2023 -00002 The space The guest bedroom (as seen in the photo album) has two windows, a full-size bed with high density foam mattress, a bedside table with lamp, a chair and dresser. The closet is divided into upper and lower hanging rods suitable for shirts/blouses, skirts and pants. Dresses and other longer garmets hang on the over-the-door rack. Additional linens are available in your room and the hall linen closet. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house except my bedroom, dressing room, and attic. During your stay I'm happy to help with any questions you have, either in person or by Airbnb messaging, any time. I respect my guests' privacy. I follow their lead in how much time they spend with me. Other things to note Popi, my small, older dog and I live here. I'm home about half of the time, more in the evenings. I tend to spend most of my time volunteering or hanging out with friends and family. Popi will greet you the first or second time with a sniff and wag of his tail - then he's headed back to bed or to hang with me. Richmond is a super fun city with great restaurants, breweries, historical sights, natural escapes, live music venues, and friendly people:)
