A few notes about staying in a camper, the electrical system can only handle a few large electrical appliances going at once. So for example, the Air conditioner and the Microwave simultaneously can cause the breaker to pop off. We ask that you turn air off while microwaving. Breaker box is behind camper in case any breaker pops off. The hot water tank is 5 gallons (Short showers) so during Shower turn the water on and off while showering to ensure you have enough hot water. It reheats quickly so wait about 15 minutes between showers. The button near shower head slides to turn shower head on and off. The toilet- make sure you step on the pedal lightly to fill the bowl, use, press pedal firmly to flush and use the provided toilet tissue which is septic safe for campers. Mountain City has grocery stores, restaurants. Dollar General within 5 minutes. Please enjoy and let us know if you have any questions! Also, Boone And Banner Elk, NC Hiking, Biking, Lake access, ATV park, Bater Theatre, Bristol Motor Speedway, Casino, fishing, kayaking and Appalachian State! Address is 150 Sawmill Ln, Butler TN. GPS should easily bring you to Sawmill Ln, once you turn look up and to the right and we are the yellow house and we have a metal address sign at our driveway. The camper is behind our house and you can drive right up to the camper for parking. The camper is equipped with an induction unit for indoor cooking, a microwave and an outdoor gas grill. The coffee maker is a Keurig - just sharing this information in case you plan to grocery shop. I have a few coffee k-cups in pantry. Bring your favorite creamer.
