Spacious Room at the Woodlands (1st Bdrm)

An extremely clean and cozy bedroom with private bathroom which includes cold and hot water. Soap and shampoo is not provided. I only provide a set of clean towels. This bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed, night stand, and a lamp. Room also inludes WiFi service and a 45” TV. The space PLEASE NOTE: You will share the home with me, the owner. I work long hours and I am rarely at the home. Each room has its own smartlock or keypad. Code for accessing your room will be send 24 hours after booking. You will share common areas like the kitchen and living room. The space Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces. Each room has its own smartlock or keypad and a private restroom. South Padre Island is a 20 minute drive. Space X (Starbase) is about a 30 minute drive to Boca Chica Beach. Harlingen approximately a 30 minute drive. The city of McAllen is about 50-60 minutes depending on traffic and the Brownsville border bridges into Mexico are a 20 minute drive. Guest access Guest access: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, Wifi, and common living/dining room. There is also a washer and dryer available for use located in the hallway (laundry room). We have plenty of parking spaces on premises. The home is accessed with a code, so guests can come and go as they need to. The door lock of the room rented is accessed also by a code. The check-in information (entrance door’s code) is sent 24 hours before arriving. During your stay I am always willing to help, or assist in any way my guest needs. He or she can reach me by sending me a message. Promise to answer as soon as possible. Other things to note Please take out your trash when you leave your room.
