A quick walk to the Twenty Mule Team Cafe and across the street from both the Aerospace Museum and Twenty Mule Team Museum. Great location for those working at: Edwards Air Force Base California City solar & wind farms Kramer Junction solar fields Borax Mine The space - New and fresh queen bed - Full kitchen - Keurig with coffee - AC/Heat - Private and quite - Off street covered private parking spot - Pets welcome - 2 adults and 1 child under 12 max Guest access Guests have access to their own apartment and carport. Other things to note Carport is a bit low and may not fit taller vehicles, if vehicle does not fit you can park in front of the unit. If you are staying longer then 30 days, we require access for a monthly maintenance cleaning to ensure that the property is staying in good shape. This is typically completed on a scheduled day while the guest is at work.
