This cottage boasts a large deck to gather with your family and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, firepit, and unwinding. -This is a smoke-free & pet free home. -Sleeps 6 in the three bedrooms -Large kitchen & living room -Onsite parking for 3 vehicles. Charlevoix and Boyne City are about 15 minutes away for dining and world class golf. The space -Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a full- size bed. -The cottage does have low ceilings. -There is poison ivy on the property, please stay in areas that are mowed. -Please use caution when using the dock. -1 portable AC unit in the living room. 1 dehumidifier(that will need to be emptied) and each room has ceiling fans for cooling.
