This cozy cabin is tucked away on 2 private acres in COHO Estates, just 2.5 miles from Donnelly and 10 miles from Tamarack Resort. With sweeping views of West and East Mountain, it’s the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy mountain life. Sleeping arrangements • Three bedrooms upstairs (stairs required). • Two bedrooms feature queen beds and smart TVs for private downtime. • The third bedroom is a spacious bunk room with built-in beds, bunk beds, its own TV, and a gaming system — a favorite hangout for kids, teens, and larger groups. Living spaces • Downstairs is designed for gathering: Enjoy a big screen TV, a cozy wood stove, mountain views from every window, and board games around the very large dining table. • A full kitchen and dining room make meals together easy and memorable. • Step out onto the front or back porch to spot wildlife, enjoy the sunset, or stargaze under Idaho’s wide-open skies. The experience Here you’ll find the best of both worlds: private comfort with modern amenities upstairs, and a view-filled living area downstairs that encourages conversation, laughter, and relaxation. It’s a true escape to the mountains, with skiing, hot springs, hiking, and the charm of McCall, Tamarack, and Cascade all within a short drive. Guest access Guests will have full access to the main cabin and property, including the living room with wood stove and mountain views, the dining area, full kitchen, and all three upstairs bedrooms. Enjoy both porches, the yard, and our collection of games and entertainment. PLEASE NOTE: the garage and additional dwelling unit above the garage is NOT available for guest use. There is also one locked closet downstairs and one locked closet in the bunk room, reserved for owner storage. Please do not tamper with door codes and locks. Other things to note - Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. This is a firm limit due to insurance and county requirements. - Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful setting. - Parking: Up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. The garage is NOT available for guest use. There is an additional apartment above the garage that is unoccupied and NOT accessible by guests. Please do NOT attempt to enter or tamper with locks/doors. - Septic system: Please use only septic-safe toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, or grease down sinks. - Trash: Weekly pickup is on Wednesdays. Please use the provided bins. - No pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are NOT permitted. - Storage: One closet downstairs and one closet in the bunk room are locked for owner use. - AC: There is NO air conditioning in the house. Fans are available in every room to help circulate air. We recommend opening windows overnight and closing them in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air. - Heat: There are wall heating units in every room to adjust to your desired warmth. Also, the downstairs fireplace is available for use and will heat the entire home on those cold winter days.
