Guest access Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room with projector TV. You’ll also have access to the 2-car garage, driveway parking, laundry room, large backyard, and deck. The home is yours to enjoy during your stay — please make yourself comfortable. Other things to note NOTE: The City of Saint Ann requires an occupancy permit for any guests age 16 and older. A $30 filing fee is paid directly to the City of Saint Ann prior to check-in. If you have any questions regarding the process, we are happy to walk you through it — it is very straightforward. Guests will need to visit Saint Ann City Hall, present the IDs of any guest age 16 or older, and complete the occupancy permit form. Whether you’re here for family, business, or a getaway between St. Louis and St. Charles, this home offers space, privacy, and amenities that stand out in the market. ⸻ Mid-Length Stays (14–25 Nights) For stays longer than 14 nights, cleaning and linen service can be made available upon request for $200 per visit. If you would like to schedule a cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it. ⸻ Extended Stays (Over 25 Nights or more ) For visits longer than 25 nights, your stay will be arranged as separate back-to-back reservations (each under 28 days). This allows us to remain compliant with local lodging rules while keeping your stay continuous. Guests will simply: • Verify their ID before check-in • Sign a short-stay agreement • Optional cleaning and linen service can be scheduled upon request ($200 per visit) We operate similarly to a hotel lodging provider, ensuring your stay remains simple, professional, and comfortable.
