We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️Since three units are assigned, three guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary and third guest listed as well. ✔️ The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, the pictures are from typical units, and the exact apartments are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The resort has multiple buildings, and the assigned units may be in different buildings. ✔️ Shuttle services aren’t included in the booking. These are operated by an independent provider. This shuttle service is different than the one offered by Coachella, and Stagecoach. ✔️ Shuttle passes were $145 per person for the entire weekend this year.
