Big comfortable furniture and spacious bedrooms. A connection open space kitchen and dinging area with grand table and views of the river and forest. Recently renovated throughout the entire house. The backyard has the river running directly through it and you can walk right up to the edge and see the fish swimming by. In the summer, we set up a shade tent literally in the water. Its a perfect pebble beach for swimming and floating and boating or fishing. There are many kinds of fruit trees and bushes providing something to try throughout the season. The kids may enjoy cooking smores over the firepit in the backyard as well. Guest access The guests can use the main house and the front and backyard and river access. They will have use of a gated entrance and off street parking in the front yard for up to 3 cars. The area to the right of the house and the other driveway is reserved for the owner/host who will sometimes be staying in a separate smaller house to the right and rear of the property. You will rarely encounter the host unless you wish to but they will also share access to the yard and river with you.
