Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, with designated spaces located at the front of the property and alongside the walkway to the guest entrance. Additional street parking is also available if needed. To help preserve the landscaping, please park only in designated parking areas and avoid driving on the gravel and landscaped portions of the property. For added security, exterior cameras monitor the parking area and guest entryway. Enjoy your private covered patio with a bistro table and seating—perfect for morning coffee, wildlife watching, or relaxing while taking in the peaceful backyard and surrounding nature. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use the provided ashtray for cigarette or cigar disposal. The home, including vaping, is strictly smoke-free. For safety and privacy, guest access is limited to the designated patio and deck area. The remainder of the backyard is currently being restored and is not available for guest use. Other things to note Host lives on the top level of this multifamily home. We’re often not on site, so you’ll typically have the property to yourselves. When we are in town, we want you to relax, enjoy your stay, and make yourselves at home. Please include the total number of overnight guests when booking. If you expect to have any visitors during your stay, we’d appreciate a quick heads-up. It helps us keep track of who is on the property and ensures everyone has a comfortable experience. As much as we love animals, The Hide Out is a pet-free property. This helps us maintain a clean, comfortable space for guests who may have allergies, sensitivities, or other health concerns.
