The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Main Level: Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Queen Lower Level: Bedroom 4: 2x Twin bunks BATHROOMS Main Level: Bathroom 1: Full ensuite for primary bedroom with tub/shower combo Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo Lower Level: Bathroom 3: Full bathroom with walk-in shower TVs Main Level: Living Room: 55” Bedroom 1: 50” Lower Level: Living Room: 75” Bedroom 4: 43” KITCHEN We have a full kitchen with all full-sized appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) SMALL APPLIANCES Keurig, drip coffee maker, 4.5Q Crockpot (slow cooker), rice maker, hand mixer, toaster, griddle LAUNDRY There is a washer and dryer located inside the double doors, just off of the kitchen. INDOOR DINING There is a large dining room table with seating for 6. FIREPLACE The fireplace is not for guest use. OUTDOOR SEATING There are 4 adirondack chairs located around the firepit, seating for 4 on the screened in porch, and seating for 6 on the patio. STREAMING We have smart tvs throughout the home so feel free to log in to any of your own streaming platforms, just don’t forget to log out before you leave! GRILL We have a charcoal and propane grill located on the back patio FIREPIT We have a firepit in the back yard with 4 adirondack chairs around it. GRILL UTENSILS Grill utensils are kept in the kitchen. DOCK We have a single story boat dock with an available boat slip for you to pull your boat into. Our boat is kept in the other slip but is not available for guest use. PATHWAY TO DOCK The pathway to our dock is a very short, easy walk of only around 50 feet. WATER DEPTH As of May 16, 2025, we currently have 7.5 feet of water off of our dock. LIFE JACKETS We have 4 universal adult (>90lbs) life jackets available for guests to use. These are stored under the stairs on the back patio. LAKE TOYS We have 2 single person kayaks with paddles that are located down at the dock. TRASH The trash cans can be brought down to the house but need to be taken to the end of the road for trash pickup on Thursdays. WI-FI ROUTER The internet router is located on the fireplace.
