It is heated by a pellet stove, which can get quite hot and is not safe for unattended children. The stove requires occasional tending to maintain warmth. The sunroom is a 3-season porch and can not be heated to comfortable temperatures in very cold weather. Additionally, 4WD is required for access during winter months due to snow.
