Cosy cliff view cottage with sauna and nature

East Rhidorroch Cottage is a sweet two bedroom bungalow surrounded by nature. It is very remote in the heart of the glen and reached by a swing bridge spanning the Rhidorroch River, the cottage is a perfect escape from modern life and a digital detox. Thanks to the surrounding hills, there is no mobile phone reception. Books, board games and sitting by the fire take the place of television/ internet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space East Rhidorroch Cottage is hidden within the wilderness of the Scottish Highlands the cottage creates a warm and cosy haven in which to escape the trappings of daily life. Its a 2 bedroom bungalow positioned in an incredible remote location. The scenery and wildlife outside your front door is amazing. With regular sighting of golden eagle, red deer and many more animals and birds. Beautiful views down the glen can be enjoyed from inside the new conservatory. You are welcome to use the Sauna and 4 rowing/fishing boats on the estate. The cottage offers a back to basic experience with everything you might need and you can step back in time. We make our own electricity on the farm with hydro and solar and are eco friendly. Guest access Guests will have unlimited access to the estate for walking, cycling- bring your own bikes and wild swimming. Other things to note **We are in the process of work on the 8 mile driveway, HIGH CLEARANCE VEHICLE ONLY can use the driveway. *** Please do your food shop before you come to the cottage, so you can relax when you get here. There is a Tesco and a local deli in Ullapool. We do a 2 nights minimum stay for an extra relaxing holiday and for the distance you have to travel to get to the cottage. Midge season is from June until mid September so come prepared with creams, sprays, lotions and Midge head nets. Please take suitable foot wear- wellies or walking boots and a rain jacket- for when you arrive and so you can get the most out of the local area.
