Suite, 5 Minute Uber to the Manhattan Ferry!

Welcome to a spacious, comfortable and fully furnished suite on the first floor of our home. Our guests have a private bathroom located in the shared hallway, just outside their suite. We live upstairs, and will be present in the unit during your stay. The shared front door and hall lead to your guest space. Designated parking, and buses 2 blocks away. 5 mins from all ferries to Manhattan! Dining, shopping, hospitals and colleges minutes away! 10 min walk to Snug Harbor Cultural Center. The space This spacious room has a living room and dining table, a workspace, an entertainment area, a sleeping area with queen- sized bed, and an outdoor deck for your private use. Your private bathroom is in the shared hall, just outside the suite. Guest access Guests have their own bathroom, spacious room and top outdoor deck. All other spaces in the house and garden are for our use. During your stay We will be home during your stay, therefore you may hear us or our 2 dogs upstairs on occasion. Call or message with questions or concerns. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We respect your privacy, but would be happy to meet you if you’d like! Other things to note We have two friendly dogs. You may hear them walking or barking upstairs occasionally, or as we take them out through the basement to our yard. You may hear our footsteps upstairs as well on occasion. We will try our best to be as quiet as possible. The living room couch becomes a full-sized floor bed.
