Balanza Vineyard Guest House

Experience our vineyard located on our nine acre estate pinot noir vineyard in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. Enjoy a private group stay (up to 6 people). We have 3 beautiful appointed guest rooms each with a private bath and french doors that open onto a deck overlooking the vineyard, patios and gardens. We have many common areas to enjoy: large great room, guest lounge dining area, and BBQ barn. We offer a hand-crafted hot breakfast each morning. Estate wines are available for purchase. The space We are located on our estate vineyard located within minutes of some of the most prestigious vineyards and wineries in the Dundee Hills. Our guests enjoy a private stay in our large guest house. All guest spaces are located on the first floor and include a large great room, guest lounge dining area, three guest suites each with an ensuite bathroom, our chef's kitchen and breakfast dining area. Plus many beautiful outdoor spaces including decks, gardens, terrace, fire pit seating areas, and our BBQ barn entertaining space. Your stay includes our customized three course breakfast. Estate wines, cheese platters and other special items are available for purchase. Small events are allowed with advance notice and coordination. Note: Our private owners quarters are located on the second floor of the building. We maintain the vineyard and grounds in addition to providing breakfast for your stay. We can't wait to share our both our home and our passion for wine with you during your stay in Oregon. Guest access Guests will be provided a door code to access the property. With additional details on a welcome card in the entry. Each guest room suite has a keyed door lock and will be unlocked on your arrival with the key on the nightstand. We love sharing wines with our guests on arrival. Please call/text us and we will happily open up one of our current release wines.
