Renovated for comfort & charm, it's ideal for multi-family or friend groups. • Private lakefront w/dock - no road between cottage & water • Shallow sandy bottom great for kids • All-sports lake w/public boat launch • Grill, fire pit, kayaks, books, games, piano • Deck seating for 12 • Stocked kitchen & coffee bar • Smart TV, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi • Parking for 12 • Dogs welcome The space Welcome to our lakefront cottage—spacious, sunny, and thoughtfully stocked for families, friend groups, and multigenerational getaways. Located on the quiet west side of the lake, you’ll enjoy calmer waters, less road traffic, and a direct lakefront setting. The home sleeps up to 12 guests: • 3 private bedrooms each with a queen bed (beds are made and ready); rooms are cozy but include dressers & under-bed space for luggage • Upstairs loft with 2 twin beds and 2 trundles (twin trundles have mattress encasements only—bedding provided on a nearby shelf) • Queen sleeper sofa in the living room w/upgraded memory foam mattress (bedding in large basket nearby) The shallow sandy-bottom lakefront is perfect for families with kids—safe for wading and play, and spring-fed for clean water. You’ll also enjoy the spacious deck with seating for 12, a 6-person patio table, and a picnic table for meals by the water. Inside, you’ll find: • A fully stocked kitchen and dedicated coffee bar • 3 bathrooms total—1 full, 2 half baths (One full bath with shower, plus two half baths with toilet and sink) • Lots of books and games in the porch and living areas • A 65" OLED TV with Blu-ray player for cozy evenings • Shoe racks and coat hooks to help keep your space tidy Outside, guests have access to: • 2 kayaks & 1 tandem canoe to explore the beautiful lake • Private parking across the road (with space for lawn games too) • A grill with propane and all necessary outdoor cooking utensils All bathrooms and bedrooms are equipped with thoughtful amenities (cotton rounds, Q-tips, makeup remover pads, spare toothbrushes), and our cleaner ensures each stay starts with a fresh, hotel-style setup. We are across the lake from town, so you’ll be close to restaurants and shops—but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of lake mornings and evenings, with only the gentle buzz of golf carts and lake traffic passing by. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the 4-season porch, deck, yard, and lakefront. All rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas are available for your enjoyment, with the exception of a few clearly marked locked cabinets in the laundry room and garage (reserved for housekeeping supplies). You’ll enter the home using a keyless smart lock. Your personalized code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number—active from check-in to check-out for a secure, contactless arrival and departure. There is ample parking directly across the road with space for up to 12 vehicles. While there are no restricted spaces, we recommend avoiding parking under the pine trees to prevent sap on vehicles. From the yard, you’ll have private access to the lakefront via a sidewalk that leads directly to the dock and shoreline. Guests are welcome to use: • 2 kayaks • 1 canoe • 5 life jackets (located in bin by the kayaks) • 50 feet of sandy-bottom shoreline—shallow and ideal for kids The laundry room is available for guest use, and detergent is provided. Additional cleaning supplies are accessible for light tidying during your stay. Everything in the home—including books, games, the piano, and the outdoor grill—is available for your use. We aim to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible! Other things to note Guests appreciate having 3 separate bathrooms—great for larger groups! Hot water: The water heater is on the smaller side—best for about 2–4 showers in a row before it needs time to reheat. Cottage stairs: Our steep, narrow staircase adds to the old-school charm—carpeted treads and a rope handrail help with footing, but please take care, especially with little ones or at night. Loft noise: The furnace runs near the upstairs loft and can be about as loud as a box fan while operating—just a heads-up for light sleepers. Cozy bedrooms: To fit queen beds, the bedrooms are snug with just enough room to squeeze by at the foot of the bed—tight but thoughtfully laid out. Tree coverage: The deck is shaded by large trees, which keeps things cool but may occasionally mean a bit of sap or natural debris on the furniture.
