Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. 4. Check-in after 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM. (Ask if you need flexibility.) 5. Pets allowed with prior approval. Please notify us in advance and clean up after your pet. An outdoor kennel is available. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be kenneled while indoors. 6. Hunting gear & firearms must be secured. Please store all equipment responsibly and safely. 7. Respect the property and leave it tidy. Excessive messes may incur an additional cleaning fee. 8. No illegal activities of any kind. This includes illegal hunting or trespassing. 9. Children are welcome, but please supervise them. The bunk beds are sturdy (built for adults) but not toddler-activity-proof. This release applies whether such harm occurs on the premises or in the surrounding area, and regardless of cause, including but not limited to negligence of the Host(s). This includes, but is not limited to: Use of the home, furnishings, appliances, equipment, and outdoor areas; Interaction with wildlife, insects, or natural elements present in the rural environment; Participation in outdoor recreation, hunting, or travel to and from the property; Slips, falls, accidents, or injuries occurring on the premises or surrounding land; Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles. Guest(s) accept full responsibility for the safety and well-being of all members of their party, including minors and any visitors during the rental period.
