The DeLuna Cottage is centrally located near Palafox Street, Blue Wahoos Stadium, Pensacola Bay Center, Pensacola Beach, Pensacola International Airport, & Naval Air Station Pensacola. Our cottage features a Queen suite, a Twin guest room, and a sleeper sectional in the living room. The space Just minutes from the vibrant heart of downtown Pensacola, our newly-built cottage exudes classic Florida charm with its crisp white exterior, coastal accents, and a welcoming backyard. Inside, the cottage features bright, airy colors and décor, smooth floors, and windows that fill each room with the vibrant Florida sunlight. The living space flows seamlessly into a cozy kitchen outfitted with modern amenities, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. Our private backyard is complete with a shaded patio and Adirondack-style chairs. You can spend the day exploring downtown’s shops, galleries, restaurants, breweries and pubs, live music, and sporting events. Or explore Pensacola Beach, with miles of white sand, emerald waters, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Guest access A smartlock is used to gain access. Guests are provided a code at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Other things to note Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am Maximum occupancy: 4 *Occupancy rules are in effect due to the cozy size of the cottage, and this rule applies 24/7 for the safety of our guests and protection of our property. Parking: 2 car maximum (driveway and/or free on-street parking) Minimum age: 21 * Registered guest(s) must disclose everyone staying at the property. Host may require photo identification for all adult guests prior to arrival. * Registered guest(s) should be present during the stay. In other words, we do not allow someone to book on behalf of someone else. • No parties, events, or excessive noise • No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use/possession on the property • Please do not remove anything from the property (including towels—beach towels are available for purchase at many local stores) • Please respect our neighbors!
