Guest access 🔑 Check-In Instructions: This property offers a smooth self-check-in experience. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a unique access code for the front door’s digital keypad. Check-in anytime after 4:00pm on your arrival date. 🚗 Parking Information: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles comfortably. Additional street parking is available nearby if needed. Other things to note We understand accidents happen. Any missing or damaged items will be reasonably charged to cover replacement costs. Examples include but not limited to: Missing key: $25 Bath towel: $20 Pool towel: $20 Hand towel: $10 Washcloth: $5 Comforter: $75 Pillow: $35 If bringing a pet/dog, please ensure you disclose this at time of booking. A pet fee of $150 will be added to your booking. Garage access from inside house is locked and not available to guests. The outer garage door contains kayaks, life vests, bicycles, outdoor games, etc. Please return all items after use. Access panel code will be provided prior to arrival. The boat is a private vessel and NOT included with the rental. Tampering with the boat or boat lift is strictly prohibited and may result in fines. Lawn Maintenance: Our lawn care team visits once per week and will access the backyard via the side fence gate. They are respectful and will not disturb guests. Beach Access Please note: the private beach nearby is reserved for residents and is not accessible to guests. Bring your boat or jet ski (up to 26 ft)! Dock at our private pier with direct Gulf access for offshore fishing, sandbars, and stunning islands. (A docking fee of $100/stay will be billed separately through Airbnb). Please let us know what type of vessel you’ll be bringing prior to check‑in so we can prepare the dock ahead of your stay.
